RingZero Quality Assurance Limited (hereinafter referred to as "RZQA" or “Company”), a company incorporated under the Laws of Thailand, is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help the Visitor understand how RZQA collects, uses and safeguards the information the Visitor provides to RZQA and to assist the Visitor in making informed decisions in the course of using our service(s).

For the purpose of this Agreement, “website” refers to Company’s websites which may be accessed at https://www.ringzeroqualityassurance.com. By accessing our website, the Visitor accepts our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of use (found here: Insert Term and Condition of Use URL), and the Visitor consents to RZQA’ collection, storage, use and disclosure of Visitors’ Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

“Visitor” refers to any and all Users of our website.

"Applicant” refers to a User of our website seeking employment or business opportunities.

Personal Data Collected Through the Use of Our Website

RZQA may collect the following data from the Visitor:

(1) information that Visitor voluntarily submits to RZQA

(2) technical data automatically collected from all Visitors to our website

(3) information we collect through our services; and

(4) information we collect from third party sources.

RZQA Does Not Collect Information From Children

If a Visitor younger than the age of 13 contacts our company for support, RZQA will not collect their personal information and any information pertaining to them will be securely deleted.

RZQA Does Collect Information Related to Customers Requesting Support

RZQA offers support though our support specialists, and in doing so, the customer’s name and email address will be collected in order for the support team to be able to respond to the customer’s issue or concern. RZQA may share the customer’s information with third-party support provider.

Revision to the Privacy Policy

Changes to the Privacy Policy are inevitable. RZQA reserves the right to change, amend, and update this Privacy Policy at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. The continued use of our website will mean that Visitor accepts and agrees to these changes in the Privacy Policy. The date of the most recent revision of the privacy policies will appear at the foot of the Privacy Policy page.

Job Application

RZQA welcomes all qualified Applicants for any of the open positions published at https://www.ringzeroqualityassurance.com website, by sending contact details and a current Curriculum Vitae (“Applicant’s Information”) via the relevant Position Application Form on our Website, or through any other means provided by RZQA.

RZQA understands that privacy and discretion are crucial to our Applicants and are committed to keeping Applicant’s Information private and use it solely for RZQA’s internal recruitment purposes. Information utilized for recruitment purposes includes, but is not necessarily limited to applicant identification, evaluation, contact information and any other information used for the purpose of employment and hiring decisions.

RZQA may retain Applicant’s Information submitted to RZQA for an indefinite period or so long as permitted or required by law after the applied position has been filled or closed. RZQA may use Applicant’s Information as a reference for future applications submitted by Applicant and if the Applicant is hired, for additional employment and business purposes related to his/her work at RZQA.

Legal Disclaimer

RZQA reserves the right to disclose Visitor’s personal and private information when legally required to do so under law and when the information is relevant for the protection of RZQA’ rights, including but not limited to compliance to a legal process or court order properly served on RZQA.

As part of the Service, RZQA may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. RZQA takes no responsibility whatsoever for the privacy practices employed by those websites or their content. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the website and the service(s) therein.

This privacy policy does not apply to Visitors’ use of a third-party website accessed by selecting a link on our website or application. RZQA encourages our visitors to read the privacy statements of other websites prior to their use.
